The classic bikini line is one of the most popular zones for cosmetic laser hair removal. We treat the hair that shows beyond the edges of underwear — along the upper inner thighs and the front of the bikini area — leaving the central intimate region untouched. The laser light is drawn to the pigment in each hair and turned into controlled heat that weakens the follicle’s growth activity, so regrowth gradually becomes lighter, finer and less dense.
This is a sensitive, warmer area, so we work at carefully chosen settings after checking your skin type and hair colour. A single session lasts around 20 min and costs 50 €. Hair grows in repeating cycles and only follicles in their active phase respond, which is why a course of several sessions a few weeks apart is normal. Outcomes vary from person to person; we work towards visible, lasting hair reduction, not complete or permanent hair-freedom.

Preparation & protection
The area is cleansed and the hair trimmed to skin level. We protect surrounding skin and adjust the laser settings to your skin and hair, since the bikini line is more sensitive.

Laser application
Light pulses are guided along the classic bikini line. Most clients feel a brief warm snap with each pulse; cooling helps keep the session comfortable over the roughly 20 min appointment.

Will my bikini-line hair be gone for good?
No. This is a cosmetic treatment aimed at a visible, lasting reduction of hair growth, not a promise of complete or permanent hair-freedom. Most clients see finer, sparser regrowth over a course of sessions, but results are individual and occasional maintenance may be needed.
How should I prepare, and when is it not suitable?
Shave the area one to two days before and avoid waxing, plucking, peels and other light or laser treatments beforehand. Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner before and after, and use SPF on exposed skin afterwards. The treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with photosensitising medication, on recently sun-exposed or self-tanned skin, or over certain skin conditions or pigment changes. We confirm everything in your individual suitability check.

How laser hair reduction works
Each hair grows in a repeating cycle — an active growth phase, a transition phase and a resting phase. The cosmetic laser emits light that is preferentially absorbed by the melanin pigment inside the hair shaft and converted into heat. This heat acts on follicles that are currently in their active phase, reducing their ability to produce strong new hair.
Because only a portion of follicles are active at any one time, no single session reaches them all. A course spaced over several weeks lets us address hairs as they enter the responsive phase, which is why results build gradually and remain individual. This is a cosmetic procedure for visible, lasting hair reduction, not a medical treatment.

This is a cosmetic, non-medical treatment for visibly reducing hair growth along the classic bikini line. We do not promise complete or permanent hair-freedom; several sessions are usual and results are individual. Treatment is carried out only after an individual suitability check (Eignungsprüfung) and with the required expertise (Fachkunde) under the German radiation-protection rules (NiSV).
It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while taking photosensitising medication, on recently sun-exposed skin or after self-tanner, after recent waxing, peels or other light or laser treatments, or over certain skin conditions and pigment changes. Please disclose any of these at your consultation.
Afterwards, apply SPF to exposed skin and avoid sun and heat (sauna, hot baths, intense exercise) for the period we recommend.
